I’ve begun work on another painting of licorice. I read somewhere that the round ones with the solid centers were called “Bright Eyes”.
Starting a new “Preserve”.
Butterflies have begun to emerge but more miles to go.
It’s still looking a bit topographical, but soon there will be a kaleidoscope of butterflies in that bowl.

Today’s watercolour includes a new (to me) Mason jar. The jar is embossed with the words “Canadian Jewel”. As I continue my quest to preserve the flotsam and jetsam of life, I now have a place to put any Jewels I may find along the way.
