  1. This one is exceptional, Andrew – the colors are so subtle. It seems there’s plenty of meaning in the idea of the heart in the jar, and you’ve emphasized that with the warm and cool colors playing off one another.

    1. Thank you. The heart is actually a Christmas ornament we got our daughter when she was just a toddler. It remains a favourite part of our family’s holiday traditions. It seemed like something worth “preserving “.
