I had a feeling it would end up like this, with me painting license plates.  Today’s painting The Place To Be is a watercolour of P.E.I.’s license plate from 1973 – 1975. The plate went into use in 1973 to mark 100 years since the province joined Confederation. So the rhyme worked for the first year, not as much for 74, and 75.
